Yea in shrubmod its /rcon cp *message*. You have to have your pass set, im sure you know that. The launch fling throw command has to be on. It's in the list im sure of it. That has to be on, then to launch, use /rcon status to find clientnumbers. With the number the command would be /rcon launchn #. The n at the end of the command makes it so you can use the number. It's almost impossible to do it by name if someone has color, tags, ascii chars in there etc. *I looked it up, its G_allowltf 1 to launch throw and fling. This also allows funmode, I didn't know that. I learned something today

Windows: - Create a folder "shrubmod" inside your Return to Castle Wolfenstein Folder e.g. C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\shrubmod - Extract "qagame_mp_x86.dll" into this folder - Run RTCW with the flag "+set fs_game shrubmod" (create a shortcut to RTCW, right click on it and select "Properties", and in the "Target" box, add " +set fs_game shrubmod" at the end)
You need to download the actual shrubmod folder to run shrubmod. Google shrubmod + RtcW and it should come to planetwolfensteins hosted page for shrubmod. Get 2.07b for 1.33. Now just follow the instructions up above ;D
